How to lift and shape the cheekbones?

Not all of us are blessed with Angelina Jolie’s cheekbones, but facial exercises can help you get a little closer. Here is what exercise we offer you.

Place your fingers on each cheekbone.
Carefully lift the skin to stretch.
Open your mouth to form an elongated “O”. You need to feel resistance in the muscles of your cheeks.
Hold for 5 seconds.
Repeat 10-15 times
