 Step 1: Place the index finger under each eye, pointing to the nose.
 Step 2: Hide your teeth and form the letter "O" with your mouth.
 Step 3 Open and close the eyelids while looking at the ceiling for 30 seconds.
 Repeat 3 times or as many times as you can.
