Exercise: Soft smile What it helps for: softness in the smile Good for: Nasolabial fold and sagging skin around the lips An alternative is to: Lifting the lower face and fillers Item 1 Make an "O" shape with your mouth, hiding your teeth with your lips Step 2 Smile broadly, keeping your teeth hidden and repeat six times. Step 3 Then hold the shape of the smile while placing your index finger on your chin. Then start moving the jaw up and down until the head is tilted back slightly. Relax and repeat two more times.
