Place the pads on two fingers just behind the chin, on the soft area just below where your tongue is. Gently push your fingers up. Then press your tongue up into your palate. You should feel a muscle contraction in your fingers. Relax and then repeat a total of 10 times.
This exercise helps to strengthen muscles, tonify the area and helps prevent sagging skin. Lift your chin about 1 cm and press your tongue against the top of your mouth while looking up at the ceiling. Then let your lips open slightly and hold the position for five seconds. Release and then repeat three more times, for 10 seconds each time.
