This exercise smoothes the lines of the nasolabial folds and lifts the eyes and cheeks. Place both palms on your cheeks. Press your hands up and down, lifting the sides of your face. Open your mouth and make an “O” with your lips. Lower your jaw as low as possible to make your face as long as possible. Hold this position for about 30 seconds. Repeat twice more.
