This exercise tightens the forehead and wrinkles on it. Just place your hands on the outer edges of your forehead and apply pressure to smooth the skin (imagine stretching the wrinkles). Now start raising and lowering your eyebrows. Don’t be afraid to put a lot of pressure. You should feel some resistance from the skin while performing this technique. Do it for 30 seconds, rest and repeat.
