This exercise helps reduce double chin and the sagging of the neck skin. Looking straight ahead, place your fingertips at the bottom of your neck and gently stroke the skin down with your head tilted back. Return your head to your chest and repeat two more times. Finally, extend the lower lip as far as possible to pull the corners of the mouth down and place the fingertips on the clavicle with the chin pointing up. Do 2 sets of 30 seconds with a break. You can increase the seconds over time. Watch how you feel and follow the signals on your skin.
