Practice “kissing” for beautiful lips

Repeat this exercise 3 to 5 times. This will help strengthen your cheeks and tighten the area around your lips. It has a lifting effect. In this practice we change two poses.

Posture 1: Keep your lips tight. Smile and hold for five seconds.

Pose 2: Switch to “kiss” and hold for eight seconds. Repeat ten times. Great exercise for lifting relaxed corners of the mouth and toning the cheeks.

Benefits: This exercise helps reduce nasolabial folds, removes fine lines around the lips and helps keep them fuller.
