Proper facial exercises help prevent and reduce wrinkles around the eyes and lips. All you need is five to ten minutes of practice each day – about five times a week to improve your appearance. Step 1: Place both hands on the forehead, facing inwards and spread all the fingers outwards between the eyebrows and the hairline. Step 2: Gently slide your fingers across your forehead, applying light pressure to tighten the skin.

Step 3: Relax and repeat 10 times, then move on to lifting your forehead.

Step 4: Place both palms on your temples.

Step 5: Press your palms up and back to lift the sides of your face.

Step 6: Hold for 5 seconds and repeat two more times.
